How do I submit an abstract?
Once you have completed your meeting registration you will receive a link to submit an abstract in your registration confirmation email. The deadline to submit your abstract is Saturday, August 31, 2024 at 11:59PM (PDT)
PLEASE NOTE: Only the first 80 poster abstracts will be accepted due to space restraints.
How do I have my poster considered for a short talk?
If you would like to be considered to present a short talk, register and submit your abstract by Saturday, August 31, 2024 at 11:59PM (PDT).
Your registration confirmation email will include a link to submit your abstract. All short talks will have a 15 minute time slot during the meeting.
Is there a poster competition this year?
Poster prizes to be included here once finalized.
Refunds
Please note that the cancellation policy below is as follows:
- 100% Refund upon request prior to 07/30/2024
- 50% Refund upon request prior to 08/31/2024
- No refunds will be permitted after 08/31/2024
