Shuttle Service
There will be two designated event shuttles running, one from the Residence Inn Berkeley and the other from the circle in front of the Lawrence Hall of Science. Both shuttles will drop attendees in front of the IGB building at LBNL
*Please note that these shuttles are not LBNL shuttles they are private and black in color.
Morning Shuttle Schedule (Shuttles will run approximately every 20 minutes)
Residence Inn Berkeley
- 7:30AM – 9:30AM Pick up in front of the Bank of America just down from the hotel.
Lawrence Hall Of Science
- 7:30AM – 9:30AM Pick up from the circle in front of the Lawrence Hall of Science.
Afternoon Shuttle Schedule (Shuttles will run approximately every 20 minutes)
Residence Inn Berkeley
- Monday, August 21st – 5:00PM – 7:30PM – departing the IGB and returning to the Residence Inn Berkeley
- Tuesday, August 22nd – 4:00PM – 5:30PM – departing the IGB and returning to the Residence Inn Berkeley
- Wednesday, August 23rd – 4:30PM – 5:30PM – departing the IGB and returning to the Residence Inn Berkeley
Lawrence Hall of Science
- Monday, August 21st – 5:00PM – 7:30PM – departing the IGB and returning to Lawrence Hall of Science
- Tuesday, August 22nd – 4:00PM – 5:30PM – departing the IGB and returning to Lawrence Hall of Science
- Wednesday, August 23rd – 4:30PM – 5:30PM – departing the IGB and returning to Lawrence Hall of Science
- NOTE: Once onsite attendees have received their event badge it can be used to ride any LBNL shuttle.
Parking Options at Berkeley Lab
Parking is extremely limited on the LBNL site. Public transportation is encouraged: BART runs from both the Oakland and San Francisco Airports to downtown Berkeley.
