How do I submit an abstract?
Once you have completed your meeting registration you will receive a link to submit an abstract in your registration confirmation email. The deadline to submit your abstract is August 6th at 11:59PM (PDT)
PLEASE NOTE: Only the first 50 poster abstracts will be accepted due to space restraints.
THE MAX NUMBER OF POSTERS ABSTRACTS HAVE BEEN MET AND NO ADDITIONAL POSTERS ARE BEING ACCEPTED.
How do I have my poster considered for a short talk?
If you would like to be considered to present a short talk, register and submit your abstract by Tuesday, August 1st at 11:59PM (PDT).
Your registration confirmation email will include a link to submit your abstract. All short talks will have a 15 minute time slot during the meeting.
Is there a poster competition this year?
There is no poster competition this year.
How can I register to attend a workshop?
Once you have completed your meeting registration you will receive a link to register for workshops in your registration confirmation email.
There is no additional fee to attend a workshop.
Refunds
All refunds are subject to a $50.00USD administrative fee. If canceled up to four weeks before the event, 100% of the registration fee (less the administrative fee) will be refunded.
No refund is given if canceled within two weeks of the event. If canceled between four and two weeks before the event, 50% of the registration fee (less the administrative fee) will be refunded.
